In 2020, I founded the law firm Reallaw after having worked for several years in a major international law firm in the field of real estate transaction and finance law, as well as in a traditional German law firm in real estate transaction law, where I was many times officially appointed as the notary representative.

These activities allowed me to acquire a high degree of specialization in the field of real estate law, especially in advising property transactions. Acting as the notary representative was of particular value, since I was involved in drafting various property law contracts. Moreover, carrying out official notarizations helped me gain a holistic perspective on the legal and economic aspects of real estate transactions.

My doctoral research in Taiwan and Shanghai on Chinese administrative law and property ownership in Chinese law deepened my understanding of the different legal systems and cultures, especially in the Far East. My research was mainly based on original sources, which also helped me to further develop my written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) language skills. This provides high added value for investors from the Chinese world.

Finally, I am the legal coach at the state-approved educational institution immocation.de which, in a professional manner, educates real estate investors in all relevant areas, including real estate law. Thanks to this position, I keep constantly in touch with property law.
