Dispute resolution proceedings in front of a consumer arbitration board
In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, pursuant to sec. 191f BRAO, there is the option of an out-of-court dispute resolution at the Arbitration Board of Lawyers at the Federal Bar Association (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft), Rauchstr. 26, 10787 Berlin), to be found on the internet on https://www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de.
Even though not legally obliged to, the lawyer is, in the event of a dispute with clients, ready to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before the responsible consumer dispute settlement body.
